Its 3-layer construction combines an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel in contact with food, an intermediate aluminium layer that promotes even heat distribution and an outer layer of polished stainless steel suitable for induction. This construction lets you make better use of heat, keep a more stable temperature and control cooking much better for more even results.
