Its 3-ply multi-layer construction provides fast heating and even heat distribution, so everything cooks evenly, with no cold spots.
Its high sides make it very versatile, as it's perfect both for searing fish and for cooking it in a good sauce. Thanks to its 3-ply construction combining high-quality stainless steel and aluminium, the pan responds quickly whether you turn the heat up or down. From stir-fries, griddling or frying to reducing sauces or gently cooking more delicate foods, or even gratins and oven roasts, this deep pan is a superb helper.
The pan has a stainless steel handle with a PVD coating, which gives it high wear resistance. And as its base is made of magnetic steel, it's suitable for all hobs, including induction.
