In addition, all products you buy in our shop come with a legal guarantee. Here we explain what it involves.
What is the legal guarantee?
It is a right you have by law throughout the European Union. If a product does not work as it should or does not match the description on the website, you can ask us to repair or replace it free of charge. If that is not possible, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund.
At Claudia&Julia, as the seller, we are responsible for handling the legal guarantee, so you can contact us directly.
How long does the legal guarantee last in Spain?
In Spain, the legal guarantee for new products is 3 years from delivery. Across the European Union the minimum period is 2 years, but Spanish law protects you for longer.

What about the manufacturer’s guarantee?
All products offered are bought directly from the manufacturer or its authorised importers. Some brands also offer their own commercial guarantee. This guarantee is an extra and does not replace or reduce your legal guarantee.
How can I use the guarantee?
If a product is faulty or does not work properly, you can call us on +34 935 953 729 or write to us at tienda@cliudiaandjulia.com. To help you as quickly as possible, we will ask you for a description of the problem and a few clear photos. As required by law, repairing or replacing a defective product costs you nothing, including shipping costs.
