The Zwilling Plus Stainless Steel Square Grill is the ultimate choice for meat lovers seeking exceptional results. Its design is intended to provide an unparalleled culinary experience when cooking juicy steaks, pork chops, and other flavorful dishes. What sets this grill apart is its ridged stainless steel surface and tri-ply construction, adding immense value to your culinary creations.
The ridges on the Zwilling Plus grill are not just a design feature but a functional element that makes all the difference. These ridges enable perfect searing by making direct contact with the meat, creating those appetizing grill marks we all love. Additionally, the ridges act as channels to drain juices, giving the meat a crispy exterior while keeping it juicy inside. The square Zwilling grill is an essential tool for evenly cooking meats and achieving high-quality results.
The tri-ply construction of this grill, consisting of an aluminum core sandwiched between layers of stainless steel, ensures efficient heat distribution across the entire surface. This means heat reaches quickly and evenly, from the center to the edges, providing consistent control over the pan at all times.
In short, the Zwilling Plus stainless steel grill with its ridged design and tri-ply construction is synonymous with quality, versatility, and ease of use, giving you the opportunity to elevate your cooking to the next level.
Note: Stainless steel tends to stick initially, but there’s a trick: preheat the grill well and brush the ridges or entire bottom with oil. Place the meat and wait for it to sear properly before manipulating or flipping it.

Yes. It works on all hobs, including induction, in the oven and on the grill, and withstands up to 300 °C. So you can also roast vegetables or bake bread or pizza in the oven.
It is dishwasher safe and, as it has no non-stick coating, you can scrub it without worry. If residue sticks, leave it to soak for a while in hot soapy water. White or bluish marks are normal with stainless steel and come off if you boil water with a splash of vinegar for a few minutes.
