Which pieces are included?

Can they go in the oven?
Yes, up to 250 °C without the lid or 180 °C with the glass lid.
Do the handles get hot?
Not during short cooking times. If the pot is on the hob for a long time, the handles and lid knob can get hot; in that case, use a tea towel or an oven glove.
Are they suitable for induction and gas?
Yes. The TransTherm® base makes them suitable for all hobs, including induction.
Are they dishwasher safe?

I've got white marks on the bottom. What are they?
